R2 Testing

R2 testing involves obtaining and validating generation system modelling data on- site, during and following commissioning. The R2 testing process includes a range of tests, measurements and simulations to demonstrate that the performance and behaviour of the installed system matches the modelled system.

Powerdist’s AEMO/NSP experience allows us to offer expert R2 testing capabilities across most AVR systems. Our team can provision onsite, highly qualified engineers and test equipment to carry out the tests procedures for GPS compliance developed by third party consultants.
